How do I make an enquiry?
• You can click on Enquire now on the top menu bar of the website and send us your enquiry. We always aim to respond in the same working day.
• Or you can call us on 0121 713 1850 or 08456 434 312 between 9am and 5pm there is an answer machine outside of these hours if you leave your name and number we will call you back.
How do I book a party?
• You can book online. Simply click on book tickets and enter the information as required. You will then receive a confirmation e mail confirming that we have received your booking.
• Or you can call one of our event coordinators on 0121 713 1850 or 08456 434 312 and we can check availability for you, answer any questions you may have and make the booking if you decide to go ahead. Also, if you can't find exactly what you are looking for we are happy to discuss your requirements.
What is a shared party?
Shared parties are large and spectacular parties to which you can buy tickets. For companies of any size, joining a shared Christmas party can be a great option. If you are a smaller company, this allows you to book seats at a full scale Christmas party, allowing you to benefit from the fun atmosphere and entertainment of a big event - and even meet new people. Our shared Christmas parties are themed . We provide specific details on each of our events on the website but shared parties will also include the catering, usually a sit down 3 or 4 course meal, entertainment, a DJ to provide the essential music, and full event management.
What are minimum/maximum booking numbers for shared parties?
This depends on the event. Some shared parties have no minimum, but many state a minimum of 10 people, as this is often the number of seats per table. Maximum numbers will depend on the size of the venue. We have stated the capacity on each of the shared parties shown on this website. We can accommodate up to 1500 guests for a round table sit down banquet or 2000 guests with different seating arrangements.
Will we have to share tables with other parties?
We will always try to seat you together but if, for example, you were a party of 35 and the seating arrangements called for tables of 10, it is likely that 5 of you will share a table with another party of people. If there were 38 of you we try and allocate you a table of 8. This cannot be guaranteed however as it depends on the number of tickets sold and capacity.
What is an exclusive party?
An exclusive party is an event booked exclusively for your company. It can either be an organised party package or we can create an exclusive party for you. For companies looking to hold a private Christmas party, there are many different types of venues and party packages available to suit any budget.
If you would like to create an exclusive Christmas party we can help you with the entire process, from the initial concept through to the management of the event itself, allowing you to sit back and relax on the evening. We can work with you on venue selection, party themes, entertainment, catering, music, hotel accommodation and much more.
How many people do we need for an exclusive party?
We can organise exclusive parties for 2 to 5000+ guests!
Simply let us know your requirements and budget and we can start planning your special occasion whatever the time of year.
Do I need to know exact numbers when I book?
We can hold a provisional booking for you for two weeks after which time you should confirm your numbers and pay a deposit (usually £15 per person). This confirms your booking. If your numbers grow then you should let us know as soon as possible as events do sell out.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
At the time of booking you will need to pay a deposit which is non-refundable. This will usually be charged at £15 per head, but this may be different depending on the party. You will be advised at the time of booking. Exclusive parties normally pay a 50%deposit.
How do I pay my deposit?
Once confirmation has been received it is the responsibility of the lead person to check package, activity, event, etc is correct, if not the lead person has the five days 'booking window' to change confirmed package. After the expired period the package will adhere to the terms and conditions, including cancellation charges.
deposits can be made by cash or cheque to our offices, by card over the phone. we accept all major credit and debit cards but unfortunately not Amex.
How far in advance is full payment required?
You will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking and full payment is required by 26th October.
Once I have booked my company Christmas party, do I receive information to circulate to the guests?
Once you have made the decision and booked your party, you will then be contacted by one of our event coordinators. You will also be provided with your personal Christmas party website, which will include all the party details, itinerary, and the facility for your staff to access the site,add their names to the guest list and order menu choices.
If I want to change my guest list for my Christmas Party, who do I contact?
Your first step is to call a member of our events team, any alterations in guest list numbers must be confirmed by fax, post or email. If you have made a booking via our website any changes to guest numbers need to be made by the web administrator by calling 0121 713 1850 or via info@christmascorporation.co.uk
What should I wear?
On each of the shared parties shown on our website, we have included a dress code. In most cases, smart dress is required. Christmas is a great excuse to dress to impress!
What is a themed party?
Themed parties are always popular and add extra sparkle to the evening. Many of the shared parties available are themed but for exclusive parties we are happy to work with you to create something special for your event.
Themes are installed in the venue utilising coloured drapes, banners, 3D props, screens and themed items. Lighting and colours all help to enhance the look and feel of the theme.

What time does the event begin?
Ech event starts at 7 or 7.30pm the itinerary tab on each venue will tell you what time the event begins.
Food service ususally begins at 8pm. If you know that you will be later then please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your requirements.
Is it possible to pre-order my wine and menu options before the party date?

Does the Christmas Corporation provide transport and accommodation services?

I am a venue interested in advertising on the Christmas Corporation website. How do I get listed?
We are looking for venues across the country to work with us and advertise their venues on our website. We have an excellent online marketing Strategy and a growing customer base for both shared and exclusive parties. We are also interested in high class restaurants that will be suitable for that special night out or party.
I am a supplier interested in working with Christmas Corporation. Where do I start?
As a (year round) event management company, we are always interested in finding new suppliers of all kinds from transport to entertainers to set production.
